Assembly Process Engineer 焊接工艺工程师

a. Responsibility

- Support Gestamp oversea team to do welding process analysis,

- Welding line layout design review,

- Welding fixture design review,

- Supplier management, follow up supplier welding line timing plan,

- Follow up supplier welding line manufacturing in China.

- Track and push supplier forward to optimize welding line.

- Cooperate work with different department.

- Communicate with oversea Gestamp team.

- Meanwhile responsible for Gestamp local project.

- Related joint technology research and development, standard related updating and modification.

b. Requirement

- Mechanical, Engineering, metallic material and related major, with bachelor degree or above.

- 5 years or more welding line on-site working experience, be familiar with BIW welding process, like: spot welding, projection welding, SPR, FDS, gluing, stud welding and laser welding etc.

- Able to deal with on-site joint technology tryout, quality improvement and issue fix, like: laser welding, spot welding, SPR, gluing etc.; Have real project experience.

- Familiar with Some OEM welding standard, such as Daimler, VW, BWM etc.

- Familiar with GD&T.

- Ability to use some conventional tools such as AutoCAD, Office software, CATIA, UG etc.

- High skills of operation by hand and on-site issue solving.

- Know the mechanical machining knowledge.

- Good communication skills and team-working spirit.

- Fluent English skills: Ability to work with all levels of management.

- Supplier management experience required.

- This job may require working extended hours depending on project status, Stress-balance.
