Application Engineer (MJ000472)

1. Support customers both internal and external with the correct operational commissioning of ESS of all sizes and configurations.

2. Be the go-to person within the local Engineering team to answer questions from the CC’s and Marketing about the technical performance expectations of the equipment.

3. Act as a liaison with the internal engineering team and technical service regarding issues related to batteries, inverters, connectivity and ECO EMS controllers.

4. Provide competency development and training to customer centers, technical service and key customers regarding ESS systems using a train the trainer philosophy.

5. Assist other global production companies with technical expertise towards the development of their production localizations.

6. Support new product development (NPD) from application point of view supporting the development process and the testing, ensuring designs meet requirements on site.

7. Be willing to travel on occasion to customer site to resolve technical issues as needed.

Main Requirements（任职要求）:

1. Minimum of 5 years in an Engineering related function such as Electrical/Electronics Engineer, Engineer or Technical Support Engineer

2. Should have previous knowledge of battery technologies, inverters, and controllers in industrial or automation equipment.

3. University degree is required in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a high component understanding in software.

4. Should have previous experience with other cultures and have a good command of English and Spanish.

5.Possess the ability to create and present with confidence technical trainings to all stakeholders.

6. Be strongly customer orientated.
