信息娱乐系统测试管理工程师(J10601)

根据项目开发计划和版本发布计划，建立和维护项目测试计划

 Coordinate testing resource(test bench, cars and test tools) and manpower based on the testing schedule.

根据测试计划，协调测试资源（包括测试台架，测试车辆和工具）和人员安排

 Familiar with infotainment development and test process, deal with various problems in the test process flexibly.

熟悉信息娱乐系统开发、测试流程，灵活应变处理测试过程中的各种问题

 Organize and generate test report, track the key problems found in the test.

整理并生成测试报告，跟踪测试中发现的重点问题

 Identify project change orders from customer and make the impact analysis on cost/timing/risk etc.

 识别客户项目变更内容并进行成本/时间/风险等相关影响评估

 Communicate and coordinate with technical departments and suppliers on technical problems and solutions

与技术部门、供应商就技术问题和解决方案进行沟通和协调

 Organize the testing related meeting, summarize the meeting results and follow up

主持召开测试相关会议，汇总会议结果并跟踪

 Regular Project status summary and reporting or escalation to management team

 定期项目状态汇总并向上层管理团队汇报进度

任职要求：

 Excellent Project management skill on planning, financial controlling and risk assessment etc.

具备优秀的项目计划，成本管控和风险管控等项目管理能力。

 Excellent Team coordination skill on collaboration with upstream/downstream teams.

具备优秀的与上下游团队合作的协调能力。

 Excellent communication skill in English, German is plus.

具备优秀的英语沟通能力,有德语更好。

 Good Technical background in EE area, Infotainment experience is preferred.

具备良好的电子电器技术背景，信息娱乐系统相关经验优先。

 Familiar with diagnostic and testing tools, eg: ODIS, Canoe etc.

熟练使用诊断、测试工具，如ODIS，CANoe等

 Good leadership and team work skills

具备较好的领导力和团队合作能力

 Good communication and coordination skill.

有跨国文化环境下的工作交流的能力。

 Can work under high pressure.

较强的工作环境中抗压能力。

 At least 3 years project management experiences in OEMs, system suppliers, or relative vehicle Design Company.

至少3年汽车主机厂，系统供应商或相关设计公司的项目管理经验。

 Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering, automation, vehicle engineering.

电气工程, 自动化，车辆工程等相关专业本科或硕士。
