1. Collaborate with the recruiting team to update the skill matrix for office staff, and partner with business managers to assess skill levels of office staff and track development progress by 70-20-10 principle.
2. Design and implement targeted development programs for office staff that ensure employees have up-to-date skills and competencies essential for their current roles and support their future career advancement.
3. Supervise and monitor the execution of young talent development programs—while continuously improving these initiatives with new ideas and innovative approaches.
4. Effectively manage global and local projects to foster a positive work climate and enhance employee satisfaction.
5. Participate in other organizational and people development projects as needed, contributing new ideas and a proactive approach to talent management enhancement.
