职位描述
岗位职责:
1.统筹公司绩效考评和激励体系,适配公司战略和发展。
2.统筹绩效评估全流程,包括数据收集、核算及分析。
3.贴近业务,分析绩效数据,识别问题并积极推动改进方案,跟踪落实。
4.积极和管理层以及员工沟通,持续优化效能,营造高绩效文化氛围。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历。英语听说读写良好。
2.5年以上中大型企业的绩效管理经验,熟悉主流绩效考核方法,善于规划并组织实施。
3.了解人性与组织行为,洞察员工需求与行为,更好地设计和实施激励体系。
4.具备较强的自驱力、抗压能力及责任心,良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神。
5.熟练使用office办公软件。熟悉数据分析工具,具备数据驱动决策能力。
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and optimize the company’s performance evaluation system to align with strategic goals.
2.Oversee the performance evaluation process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
3.Analyze performance data, identify issues, and drive improvement initiatives.
4.Communicate with management and employees to foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher. Strong English communication skills.
5+ years of performance management experience in medium/large enterprises, familiar with mainstream evaluation methods.
Understand organizational behavior and employee needs to design effective incentive systems.
Self-driven, resilient, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Office software and data analysis tools.
