资深应付会计/Senior Accountant, Accounts Payable

AP module and complete AP related reporting and analysis; support continue improvement on Purchase

to Pay process; providing an excellent service to internal customers of the Shared Service Centre AP

function.

This role reports to the Manager, AP. This position is based in Suzhou, China.

Essential Responsibilities:

61 Process AP invoices timely and accurately.

61 Payment arrangement, ensure payment list prepared accurately and timely.

61 Intercompany reconciliation and GIT accrual prepared accurately and timely.

61 Ensure AP module close on schedule.

61 Provide AP reports, analysis and improvement suggestion.

61 Support SOX Internal and external audit to ensure the fully alignment with company policy.

61 Initiate and support continued improvement on Purchase to Pay Process.

61 Handle daily communication and issue raised from internal and external.

61 Champion of transition project per manager’s assignment.

61 Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

61 Education - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field preferred.

61 Experience - 5+ years’ experience for accounting or finance with at least 3 years AP experience;

SAP, Kingdee or Oracle ERP is must; Project Management is preferred; Small group leadership

experience is preferred.

61 Language skills - Good at English reading & writing.

61 Computer skills - Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint.
