**本岗位用工期至25年12月,介意者慎投
主要职责Main Responsibility
- 负责处理前台文件和包裹收发管理;
- Responsible for handling front desk documents and package sending and receiving management
- 负责办公用品的领用及库存管理;
- Responsible for the receipt of office supplies and inventory management
- 负责员工更衣柜的管理;
- Responsible for the management of employee lockers
- 负责前台电话的接听及传达;
- Responsible for answering and transmitting external calls
- 负责部门文书支持工作,包括文件签字盖章等事宜
- Responsible for the department's clerical support, including document signing and sealing
- 支持访客接待相关事宜,如会议室安排等;
- Support for visitor reception-related matters, such as meeting room arrangements, etc
- 支持公司员工的差旅管理,包括机票预定等事务的处理;
- Support the travel management of the company's employees, including the processing of air ticket reservations
- 协助组织员工活动
- Assist in the organization of employee activities
- 必要时支持部门其他同事工作
- Support other colleagues in the department when necessary
- 必要时支持财务部门的行政工作,如整理凭证
- Support the administrative work of the finance department when necessary, such as collating vouchers
- 上级交办的其他工作
- Other tasks assigned by superiors
任职资格Qualification
- 大专及以上学历;
- College degree or above
- 至少1年左右行政工作经验;
- At least 1 year of administrative work experience
- 熟练使用MS Office软件;
- Proficient in MS Office
- 良好沟通表达能力,高度团队合作精神;
- Good communication skills, high team spirit
- 耐心细致,学习能力强;
- Patient and meticulous, strong learning ability
- 高度的责任感,服务意识且注重细节;
- High sense of responsibility, service consciousness and attention to detail
- 自我驱动,能在压力下独立工作
- Self-driven and able to work independently under pressure
