-Make the strategic plan of promoting Hoya products in the territory, and getting approval from direct supervisor
制定区域内Hoya产品的战略计划,并获得直接主管的批准
-Implement the promotion plan effectively to achieve sales target

-Take lead of the provincial tender application, and cooperate with HTDK team and local distributors
领导省级招标申请,并与HTDK团队和当地经销商合作
-Take lead of the hospital tenders by cooperating distributors
由合作分销商牵头进行医院招标
-Local distributors management for business growth
本地分销商管理,促进业务增长
-Promote Hoya brand and products to speed up the business by attending exhibitions, holding promotion events
通过参加展会、举办促销活动,推广Hoya品牌和产品,加快业务发展
-Establish close cooperation with local KOLs
与当地KOL建立密切合作
-Control the sales and marketing cost effectively
有效控制销售和营销成本
-Submit working reports to direct supervisor timely
