职位信息
岗位职责:
Main purpose of job
To repair and maintain customer instruments
To provide technical customer support
Reporting line
China Service Manager.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of current installed base of industrial physics instruments in China.
2. Troubleshoot, diagnose customer problems and coordinates appropriate corrective action directly or within the North China team and the customer.
3. Conform always to customer’s safety, cleanliness, and working protocol policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
4. Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by industrial physics are understood and met. Carry out preventative maintenance activities to installed base as per factory guidelines.
5. Provide Service Support and basic training after installation.
6. General Service administration activities and report submission.
7. Responsible for proper spare part handling per internal procedures.
任职资格:
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above on Electrical & Mechanical, Automation, Physics or related education. Knowledge of Physics , Chemistry, Electronics, Mechanics preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in analytical instrument preferred.
3. Able to read electronic drawings, technical manual in English.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with MS office proficiency.
5. Self-sufficient in computer/networking skills necessary to analyze logs, summarize data.
6 Able to travel both domestically and internationally on short notice.
