Responsibility:
All actions decided in project and quality meetings such as QRC’s and FMEA that are development related have to be fully implemented in the design.
To take care that all assembly, child part drawings and part lists have to finalized on schedule.
To support electronic quality analysis in plant.
In order to meet project schedules the section head or the department head can assign staff on a temporary job related basis. On all personnel related action he is conferring with his superior.
Besides internal resources external resources such as consultations etc. can be used. The use of such resources is fully under the designers responsibility is as long as their economics is approved by the department head.
Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
