LRQA is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our Responsible Sourcing Client Management team, helping to support our clients' social compliance, sustainability, and ESG initiatives. As a key member of a rapidly expanding team, you will play an essential role in shaping and delivering customized sustainability solutions, focusing on responsible sourcing and supply chain management. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of global corporate clients across multiple industries, ensuring their responsible sourcing assessment programs are on track, impactful, and aligned with their objectives.

As an Administrative Specialist, you will support our Responsible Sourcing Client Management team in their work to manage corporate client programs. You will work closely internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and met. You will support the team in maintaining up to date documentation, systems monitoring, support for KPI tracking and other administrative support that helps to ensure effective and successful client management.

Responsibilities 工作职责:
a.) Proactively work with China client service team to support the new client transition from onboarding team to program support team;
主动与中国客户服务团队协作,支持新客户从入职团队顺利交接至项目支持团队;
b.) Support client service team leader to establish the monitoring procedure and complete the tasks required;
协助客户服务团队负责人建立监督流程,并完成所需任务;
c.) Update the pricing plans as per requirement from program support;
根据项目支持团队的要求,及时更新定价方案;
d.) Help with team on existing field instruction update when necessary;
在必要时,协助团队更新现有的现场指导文件;
e.) Help with internal team meeting and training organization;
协助组织内部团队会议和培训活动;
f.) Help with client system setting as per requirements;
按要求协助进行客户系统设置;
g.) Consolidate related data required by team leader;
整理汇总团队负责人所需的各项相关数据;
h.) Support team in managing client helpdesk and other tasks as needed.
支持团队管理客户帮助中心,并完成其他指派任务.
Qualifications 任职要求:
a.) Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience, with experience in client-facing roles, particularly in a commercial environment, with experience managing KPIs, reporting, and program delivery;
拥有学士学位及2至4年工作经验,需具备面向客户的职位经验,尤其是在商业环境中,并拥有管理KPI、报告和项目交付的经验;
b.) Experience in ethical sourcing, social compliance, or a similar field, either within a brand/retailer or service provider is preferred;
具备道德采购、社会合规或相关领域(品牌方/零售商或服务提供商内)经验者优先;
c.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are an advantage;

d.) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision;

e.)Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, teamwork, and accountability;

f.) Experience in a global operating environment is preferred, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships across diverse cultures and time zones;

g.) Self-motivated with excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
