Job Description:
Reporting will be to the Sales Director of SAMSON China. The Product Director of ON-OFF Valves ions (On/Off and Control application) to our customers and partners to achieve the yearly individual target in sales and order intake in his area and industry segment(s) by carrying out his respective business plans and following the SAMSON Group corporate strategy and compliance.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales role:
- Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets, particularly focused on the ON-OFF Valve business.
- Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients.
- Prepare sales reports and sign off on their accuracy before submitting them
- Assess the competitive landscape in the ON-OFF Valve segment and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors’ changes
- Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as our company grows
- Cold acquisitions, via calls, social media, CRM, and industry connections
- Tracking all clients through the CRM, organize and participate on daily, weekly monthly and quarterly sales meetings.
- Follow up with the quotes and generate them to orders as per the dedicated target sales budget.
- Promotion and education clients and partners of the SAMSON group portfolio of products and solutions and services
- Working towards with our factories to add SAMSON Group in the Approved Vendor lists of customers and end-users specifically for applicable categories.
- Attend customers visits scheduled by the partners and Channels
- Evaluate Customer07s status and prepare business sheets for presentation during the sales meetings
- Collaborate with sales channels and partners to enhance coverage (segments and region)
- Plan territory coverage in the most efficient manner with the segment and regional manager
- Provide and plan technical support with documentation, drawing, customers training, site visits and demonstration
- Comply with Companies’ policy and procedures as well as EHS practices to ensure of yourself and your stakeholders
