89 Set and contnuously improve the rules and regulations of workshop operation according to the QA & AC policy of the headquarter, to ensure production (assembly & testing) and out-sourcing parts work strictly comply to the technical standards, process flow and operating specifications of the company, and ensure that all operations meet the product requirements and quality standards;

89 根据总公司的质量管理体系要求制定和持续完善车间操作(组装、测试)以及外购部件、外包工作的各项规章管理制度，严格执行总部的技术标准、工艺流程及操作规范，确保各项操作符合产品要求和质量标准；

89 Perform, supervise and inspect the implementation of operation technical standards and processes by workshop employees, correct non - standard operation behaviors in a timely manner, and ensure the standardization and normalization of the production process；

89 Analyze the workshop production process, identify potential optimization points, and improve production efficiency and reduce production costs through technological innovation and process improvement.

89 Supervise the workshop equipment and tooling daily maintenance, formulation and implementation of maintenance plan, to ensure that equipment and tooling are in good running condition;

83 Associate degree or above in mechanical manufacturing, automation control, electrical engineering or related majors；

83 机械制造、自动化控制、电气工程等相关专业大专及以上学历；

83 At least 5 years of work experience in workshop production operation technology or after - sales maintenance technology, with at least 2 years in managerial positions.

83 具有5年以上车间生产操作技术或售后维修技术工作经验，其中至少2年担任管理职务。
