职位描述
作为化学师主要负责衔接产品开发到工厂生产运营端支持，完成小试，放大，最终形成产品量产等；支持产品运营，将产品技术配方编辑或者转化为适用工厂的指令等，提高生产效率，改善产品质量；
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，需要具备5年以上涂料或胶类或其他化学品类产品相关工作经验；
2. 有产品开发，配方研究相关经验和知识储备；
3. 具备英文书面应用能力，能够看懂技术文档，基本口语表达;
4. 学习能力强，沟通能力强。
Core Responsibilities:
Scale-up/Align new products/formulations/colors:
- define local formulation/process.
- create PFMEA.
- follow alignment batches.
- ensure product meets process capability requirements.
- stabilize on load process and document formulation and process parameters.
Develop understanding of critical process/formulation parameters.
Solve quality issues level
2.
Carryout level 2 adjustments for quality/process improvement.
Define rework guidelines and support rework.
Establish SOP guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor in polymer chemistry, chemical engineering or material science.
Familiar with FMEA , RCFA and quality tools.
Strong verbal and written command of English language.
Good communication skill and desire to seek inputs across organizations.
Good computer skills including office, database, and statistics.
