Technical Purchasing Engineer技术采购工程师 (职位编号：202506)

Source for new material needed by users in local or overseas market.

为国内外市场用户寻找新的物料供应渠道。

Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, terms and conditions, finish goods deliver and payment request.

与供应商就价格、条款、条件进行谈判，完成货物交付及付款申请。

Communicate with other internal departments for detail requirement and usage, handle complaints on defective material and non-conforming materials.

与其他部门就材料需求及用途保持联系，处理有缺陷/不合格原材料的索赔事宜。

Liaise with suppliers on order delivery, shipment details, orders and product information.

供应商就交付订单、装运细节、订单产品信息保持联络。

Knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts and tools, experience in engineering procurement/pricing is preferred.

了解机械及电器配件、工具，有工程类采购/核价经验者优先。

Other tasks assigned by leaders.

上级安排的其他工作。

Qualification岗位要求:

1. Education学历: Bachelor degree 本科

Major专业: science or Engineering major preferred理工科类专业优先

2. Experience经验：

Three years of purchase experience in foreign production company.

三年以上外资生产型企业的采购经验优先

3. Computer Skill电脑技能：

skilled use of office software, understand the SAP system熟练使用办公软件，了解SAP系统 English英语：Good English

4. Others其他要求：

Familiar with purchasing process and supplier management熟悉采购流程、供应商管理

Good negotiation skills and cost control consciousness良好的谈判能力和成本控制意识
