机械工程师 Mechanical Engineer

1) 设计新产品

Design new products;

2) 通过新的设计来提高产品质量或者降低机器成本

Improve products’ function or cost down via new designing;

3) 解决产品质量问题，给其他部门提供技术支持

Handle quality issues, and give support to other departments.

2. 工作职责描述/ Job Responsibility & Duties:

1) 利用专业的技术知识来设计新产品;

Enhance assembly groups and machines according to functional specifications

2) 通过新的设计结构，创新性的设计提高产品的功能和降低成本;

Improve existing products’ function and reduce the cost by new innovation structure and design

3) 为其它部门提供技术支持，并通过合作来解决质量问题;

Handle quality issues with other departments, and give technical support

4) 制作管理工程变更,并维护SAP 内技术文档和图纸

Compiling and manage the engineering modifications and maintains the Tech. documents and drawings in SAP

5) 与国外同事配合来完成其它任务，技术交流

Cooperate with foreign colleagues to accomplish other tasks, technical communication

6) 按照《SCN-HSE-003 HSE组织机构和职责》规定，做好所辖区域的HSE工作，积极参加公司HSE相关活动，配合公司HSE事项的推行。

Comply with《SCN-HSE-003 HSE组织机构和职责》regulation, follow the HSE rule in daily job, take an active part in HSE activities and cooperate with related EHS issues.

3. 任职资质 / Job Requirement

1） 教育背景要求 Education 本科以上学历； Bachelor or above

机械设计 / 机械制造等相关专业 Majored in Mechanical Design / Machine manufacturing

2） 从业经验要求

Job experience 至少三年相关工作经验或背景

At least 3 years working experience or related background

3） 专业资格要求 Professional qualification 能够熟练运用Autocad, Solidworks；良好的沟通能力；良好的英语表达能力

Familiar with Autocad, Solidworks; Good English communications skills

4） 能力素质要求 Competency Honest, responsible, good communication, and good team spirit
