Sourcing Specialist (MJ000078)

Support Purchasing team’s daily task, such as vendor information collection, sample receiving and sending, spec/drawing collection and sending, etc.

Ensure availability and reliability of products, purchasing data and quotations;

Ensure communication with internal /IM/ logistics team at all times to help achieve purchasing objectives (on-time delivery rate, best total cost control);

In-depth analysis and interpretation of the data and provide a constructive purchasing analysis report;

Establish the process system of data analysis, and establish the input and output standards of data documents and output department data reports regularly.

Organize regular procurement /IM meeting to adjust and communicate procurement requirements;

Optimize raw material purchase;

In the responsible divisions, assist IM team to coordinate the capacity planning of multiple suppliers.

Work with suppliers to analyze and improve production feasibility and shorten production cycle;

Responsible for continuous improvement of supply chain total cost control

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor degree or above, cet-6.

Sensitive to data; Perfect on data analysis and prediction

Proficient in relevant analysis software

Excellent communication skills, responsibility and initiative

Results-oriented thinking.
