厨师岗位职责:
Job responsibilities of Chef:
1.负责对各种食品的加工制作,保证食品质量;
1. Be responsible for the processing and production of all kinds of food to ensure the quality of food;
2.上班前将工作服穿戴整齐,厨房内严禁吸烟,不准另搞标准开小灶;
2. Before going to work, the work clothes shall be dressed neatly, smoking is strictly prohibited in the kitchen, and it is not allowed to open a small stove in a standard way;
3.遵守作息时间,准时开餐,不擅离职守,不脱岗、串岗;
3. Abide by work and rest time, start meals on time, do not leave duty without permission, do not leave post or shift;
4.服从分配,按质、按量、按时烹饪,保质保鲜;
4. Obey the distribution, cook according to the quality, quantity and time, and keep the quality and fresh;
5.遵守安全操作规程,正确使用操作工具,合理使用原材料,节约水、电、煤气等用料;
5. Abide by safety operation regulations, use operation tools correctly, use raw materials reasonably, and save water, electricity, gas and other materials;
6.严格遵守酒吧的各项规章制度,搞好厨房卫生,保证不让客人吃有异味食品,防止食物中毒;
6. Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the bar, do a good job in kitchen sanitation, ensure that guests are not allowed to eat food with peculiar smell, and prevent food poisoning;
7.自觉遵守酒吧各项规章制度,努力钻研业务,提高烹饪技术;

8. 服从主管调动,维护好厨房灶具、设备,协助酒吧其他员工做好开档准备工作;

9.不得泄露公司的供货价格及其他相关信息;

工作时间及薪资待遇:
Working schedule and Package:
做六休一,每天下午 2:30-晚上 23:00。薪资 7000-9000 元/月(税前)
6 days/week, start at 2:30-11pm, salary 7000-9000 including taxes
