质量工程师

1.本科及以上学历，复合材料制造等相关专业；

2.具备 5 年及以上复合材料航空制造质量管理经验或工艺实现经验；

3.熟练掌握常用质量工具，能够用系统性的方法开展过程质量和产品质量分析工作；

4.熟悉航空复合材料产品检测分析技术；

5.完成培训矩阵中的培训及授权；

6.具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，较好抗压能力、学习能力；

7.可以接受经常性出差；

8.英语可作为工作语言。

1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in composite material manufacturing or related fields;

2.Have 5 years or more of experience in quality management or process implementation in composite material aviation manufacturing;

3.Proficient in commonly used quality tools, able to systematically carry out process quality and product quality analysis work;

4.Familiar with the testing and analysis technology of aviation composite materials products;

5.Complete the training and authorization in the training matrix;

6.Possess good communication and coordination skills, as well as good stress resistance and learning ability

7.Can accept frequent business trips;

8.English can be used as the working language.
