助理质量工程师 Assistant QA Engineer

1. 日周月常工作：参加与参与所有相关区域和部门的分层问责会议，按照分层问责会议要求执行相关职责。每周以及每月完成品质数据统计,分析,报告与分享。在产线人员，团队领导或主管提出标准文件需要开发，标准化和持续改进时提供支持。

Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Work: Attend and participate in all pertinent process/cell and department tiered accountability meetings; support the Tiered Accountability meeting standard agenda, complete quality data statistics, analysis, report, and sharing by weekly and monthly. Support line personnel, Team Leader/Supervisor in development, documentation, and improvement of Standard Work.

2. 异常处理流程：发起，参与和领导团队进行品质改善，问题解决等活动。熟悉按灯流程，内部问题处理流程，客户抱怨处理流程，MRB流程等流程。

Non-confirming Handling Process: Initiate, participate in, and lead quality improvement, problem solving activities. Familiar with Andon process, internal problem handling process, customer complaint handling process, MRB process, etc.

3. 异常处理跟进：全面参与快速响应流程以确保流程运行（暂停，停拉等），组织团队使用异常处理工具解决内部以及外部异常并进行问题跟进。立即上报需立即解决但需其他部门或部门领导支持的问题或即将过期但评估无法完成需要支持的问题。

Non-conforming Process Follow Up：Fully engage in rapid response process for direct support to the Operations process (holds, line stops, etc.), Organize team to use non-confirming handling tools to solve internal and external issue and follow up problems. Raise ‘need help now’ issues and due-date risk immediately to Operations and your functional leadership.

4. 样品FAI跟进：熟悉样品FAI制作流程，熟悉线束行业以及航空产品相关标准，主导对FAI过程中发生的问题的改善以及跟进。

FAI Sample Follow Up: Familiar with FAI process, familiar with harness industry and aviation product related standards, be able to improve and follow up problems occurred in FAI process.

5. NPI过程跟进：熟悉NPI新产品导入流程，熟悉线束行业相关可靠性测试标准，协助MSA，SPC等相关过程的数据收集以及实施。

NPI Process Follow Up: Familiar with NPI new product introduction process, familiar with wiring harness industry related reliability test standards, assist to finish the data collecting and implement of MSA，SPC process。

6. 支持新产品导入活动，确保新产品工艺流程尽可能与现有流程，工具，人员技能和测试能力相匹配。

Support new product introduction activities; ensure new products match, as closely as possible, the existing process, tooling, skill, and test capabilities.

7. 围绕品质技术员的工作职责进行培训和指导，以确保取得必要的成果。帮助领导在工作团队中围绕 CIS 方法论、思维过程和工具建立能力。

Teach and coach to develop quality technician around their work responsibilities to ensure the necessary outcomes. Help leadership build capability within the work team around CIS methodologies, thought processes, and tools.

8. 与领导层合作，确保遵守安全政策和程序。要求立即向组长、主管或现场EHS部门报告所有安全事件和潜在安全问题。遵守现场5S要求，确保个人和管理工作区域完全符合要求。

Work with leadership to ensure compliance and safety policies and procedures. Require reporting all safety incidents immediately and potential safety issues to team leader, Supervisor, or site EHS department. Follow site 5S requirement to ensure fully complied for personal and managed working areas.

职位要求QUALIFICATIONS

1. 跨国公司工作经验为佳；

Multinational company working experience preferred.

2. 大专或以上学历，1年以上QA工程师经验为佳；

Fresh graduation from college or above, 1 year’s working experience as QA engineer is preferred.

3. 熟练的Excel, Word, Power Point等的应用及操作；

Familiar with Excel, Word, Power Point etc.

4. 熟悉5S、安全生产基本常识；

Familiar with 5S and basic knowledge of safe production.

5. 了解品质问题处理基础知识和工具（如8D、鱼骨图、5Why、PFMEA等）；

Knows about basic knowledge and quality tools for problem solving (e. g. 8D, Fish Bone, 5 Why, PFMEA, etc.);

6. 了解品质数据的统计和分析工具（SPC）。

Knows about tools of statistic and analysis for quality data (SPC).
