设备工程部经理

1. 5年或以上工厂设备维修、设施维护、投资项目管理经验，有模具开发经验者优先；5 years or more working experiences in equipment and facility maintenance & management, capex management, in a factory setting; Knowledge / experiences in tooling a plus.

2. 理工科本科或以上学历，电气自动化、机电一体化等相关专业优先；Bachelor degree or above in science or technology, majoring automation engineering and mechanical-electrical integration preferred;

3. 熟练使用office及其他办公、工程类软件，如Word/Excel/CAD等；Proficient in MS Office and other engineering softwares such as Word/EXCEL/CAD;

4. 强大的组织和团队管理能力；Well organized and strong leadership;

5. 良好的责任心和职业素养，可以承受工作压力；Strong ownership and professionalism; able to work under pressure;

6. 良好的沟通能力，具备一定的英语水平。Excellent communication skills and good at English;

7. 掌握ISO9001/14001/45001标准要求。Knowledge in ISO9001/14001/45001 standards.
