1. Turnkey project management

2. Work with BU on adequate solution – timewise – technical wise – cost wise – propose timing assessment and cost assessment (potentially retrofit of existing(

3. Use I-planet to handle RFQ’s management of project individually

4. Review proposal of different parties and confirm that mold and automation aspects are compatible

5. Create “mutlti- project” follow up in I-planet and use fever charts to control progress

6. Combine mold and automation planning to create turnkey project planning and assess knots

7. Use personal expertise to carry out risk assessment on project

8. Ensure smooth progress on all axis and react in case of delay

9. Lead on all tried out phase / FAT and SAT

10. Project progress reporting – on a weekly base with clear description and solution on the road blocks

2. Operation assistance: space optimization/efficiency/quality/ productivity

1. Carry-out regular audit of production area and identify points that could be improved

2. Design workshop amelioration project lists based on the finding in the workshop

3. Work with BU on priority order definition

6. Manage selected improvement project by BU from beginning to the end by:

o Coordinating internal partner (BU and other dept. of AREZ

o Identifying and managing external partner

o Follow deployment schedule

o Ensuring the quality of the work done

o Ensuring that the deployment is matching the design solution

o Ensuring the transformation are being done safely

o Assess final gain in comparison to the forecast and issue a final report

7. Engineer will ensure regular communication with BU in order to keep them updated on the progress

1. Engineer must be parts of the BU team that will work on the deployment of new technology

2. Engineer will assist BU in identifying new partner that could supply new technology

o New heat treatment solution: vacuum/induction

o Assessment of locally made equipment: injection machine/robot/CFS/bending & stamping

o Extrusion process

o Handless manufacturing

o Air assisted injection

o And not limited to the above

3. Engineer will participate in the audit of the new supplier to ensure that they are:

o Compatible with group standard (CSR, Raypro, etc…)

o Able to deliver performing equipment and that they have experience in the field

o Providing equipment that will allow our staff to work in safe condition

4. Prepare Bom for purchasing team and inner team to follow up the status
