管培生（Management Trainee）

1. 业务分析：深度调研服装供应链团队及利益相关方线上/线下日常运营（经理层/操作层），从人、流程与科技角度负责研究流程现状、核心运营管理规则、系统工具及痛点.

2. 产品初步设计：根据业务分析, 从降本增效、短流程和用户友好的角度，负责流程图/产品功能Wireframe设计，并反馈给IT产研进行详细的Mock-Up设计和定案，共同提升产品经济效益。

3. 项目管理：代表业务方制定项目组织与甘特计划，协调IT进行产品发布、培训与实施，负责收集产品实施后用户反馈、新需求识别与跟踪IT产品迭代，提升数字化应用效率、效果和用户满意度。

4.竞对调研：进行竞争对手分析，包括评估竞争对手的商业模式和业务模块的数字解决方案。

任职要求：

1、985或211高校本科学历，软件专业.

2. 应届毕业生或2年以内工作经验，有服装供应链软件行业经验优先.

3. 专业能力：具备产品导向思维，有系统的产品设计方法论，能熟练使用Axure、Visio、Xmind、Figma等工具独立完成产品线框图Wireframe和流程图设计.

4. 其他技能：组织与执行力：有过学生会干部或项目管理经验，具备团队精神和主人翁精神，执行力强.； 学习能力与ROI意识：有较强的逻辑思考能力和学习能力，具备投资回报意识 ；

能进行办公软件日常操作（Word/Excel/PPT).

5. 语言技能：英文读写能力强，能进行日常英文听说交流

Job Title: MT (Supply Chain Project Management)

Job Responsibility:

1. Business Analysis: To deeply study offline/online operation situation with supply chain team (managerial level/operational level) and stakeholders and be responsible for figuring out process situation, core operation management rule, system tool and pain points from people, process and technology side.

2. Product Preliminary Design: According to business analysis, be responsible for designing process maps and wireframes of product function from cost down and efficiency increase, short process and user-friendly side. Meanwhile, feedback preliminary design to IT PD team for detailed mock-up design and solution finalization to improve product economic benefits together.

3. Project Management: Stand for business team to make project organization and Gantt planning, coordinate IT PD team in product launch, training and implementation. To be responsible for user feedback summary after implementation, new demands identification and track IT product iteration for improving digitalization application efficiency, effectiveness and user satisfaction.

4. Competitor Study: Perform competitor analysis, including the evaluation of competitors' business models and digital solutions for business modules.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree from a 985 or 211 university from major in software engineering.

2. Work Experience: Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years of work experience, with preference for experience in the apparel supply chain software industry.

3. Organizing and Execution Ability: Has experience as a student council leader or in project management with strong team spirit, ownership and execution abilities.

4. Professional Ability: Possess a product-oriented mindset with systematic product design methods and be proficient in designing process and wireframes by tool such as Axure, Visio, Xmind, Figma etc

5. Learning Ability and ROI Mindset: Has strong logical thinking ability and learning ability with strong ROI mindset.

6. Skills: Be proficient in English reading and writing with being able to do regular English listening and speaking. Besides, can operate Word/Excel/PPT normally.
