-OwnershipovermaintainingLazMallcampaignsandlandingpagesacrossthedesktop,appandmobilesiteplatforms
-Responsibleforthepre-campaignreadiness(prep-check)anddesignoperationflowprocessofLazMalle-commercecampaigns,aswellastranslatebusinessandmarketingneedsintoimpactfulandcreativevisualconceptstoupliftandimprovecreativebenchstrength.
-Liaisebetweeninternalandexternalstakeholdersaswellascampaignexecutionteamtocreateattractiveandeffectivesalescampaigns
-Leverageanalyticaldatatopointoutthecriticalfactorsormeasurablemetricstoenhancecampaignperformance
-WorkwiththededicatedteamtosupportLazMalldailycampaignoperationsthatwillhelptodrivevisibility,exposureandassortmentonsite
-SupportthedevelopmentandexecutionofLazMallcampaignsmerchandisingstrategyandperformanceobjectives,todeliverbusinessobjectives.

-SupportthedevelopmentandexecutionofLazMallcampaignsmerchandisingstrategyandperformanceobjectives,todeliverbusinessobjectives.
-Optimizeprocessesandautomatetools/trackerswiththecooperationofBusinessIntelligenceandMarketingcounterparts
-Monitor,optimizeandstrategizeonsiteend-to-enduserexperienceandflowacrossLazMallchannelsandrealestates.
-Reportinternallytoteamandpresentexternallytoclientsonperformance,resultsandcampaignchallenges,alongwithnewideasoremergingtrends
任职要求
Requirements/Qualifications(musthave):
-Atleast1-2yearsofexperienceineCommerce,digitalbusinessmerchandising,businessdevelopmentpreferablywithon-siteoptimizationmanagement.PreferablyadegreeinMarketing/Communication/BusinessManagementoranyotherrelevantexperiences
-Strongworkethicsandperformance-driven
-Highpotentialinleadershipskills·Outstandinganalyticalskillsandcomfortablewithanalyzingcomplex,largescaledatasets·Abletoleveragedatapointsandmarketanalysistoformactionableinsightsandrecommendations·Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskillswithwillingnesstolearninafast-movingenvironment.
-Self-motivated,highlyadaptable,andcomfortableinafast-changingandfluidenvironment
