Major responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in formulating annual marketing strategy consistent with Group marketing plan and development plan, clarifying market positioning, target customer groups, and competitive strategies, while providing sales forecasts.

Develop annual marketing budgets and effectively control execution;
制定年度市场预算并有效管控执行力;
Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape, identify market opportunities and potential risks;
分析行业趋势和竞争格局,识别市场机会和潜在风险;
Establish a market intelligence collection system, regularly provide market analysis reports;
建立市场情报收集体系,定期提供市场分析报告;
Enhance brand awareness and reputation, plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, including industry exhibitions, technical seminars, etc.;
提升品牌知名度和美誉度,策划并执行线上线下营销活动,包括行业展会、技术研讨会等;
Manage content operations for digital marketing channels (official website, social media, industry platforms, etc.);
管理数字营销渠道(官网、社交媒体、行业平台等)的内容运营;
Develop marketing tools and promotional materials to support the sales team in market development;
开发营销工具和宣传资料,支持销售团队的市场开拓;
Establish a customer needs research mechanism, deeply understand customer pain points in various sub-industries.

Develop and maintain close partnerships with the sales organization, technical marketing organization and product line management organization to provide strategic guidance to these functions.

Collaborate with R&D to translate market demands into product innovation directions and participate in market assessments for new product development;

Qualification and skills
Bachelor Degree above with major in mechanical、industrial Engineering 、 business related
机械制造、工业工程、 商务或相关专业本科毕业;
Professional background in niche market analysis, marketing strategy formulation, and market insights generation, with 5+ years of experience in marketing roles.
具备细分市场行业梳理/市场策略/市场洞察的工作背景,5年以上市场方面工作经验;
Strong cross-departmental communication skills communications, solving, leadership, influencing skills/ negotiation skills.
很强的跨部门沟通、解决问题、领导力及影响和谈判能力;
Good written and spoken English ability.
流利的英语书面和口语能力。
