Method Engineer 工艺工程师 (MJ000399)

1. Represent Method as project team member, give input (budget, worksite, method verification, and labor hours, etc.) to project team.

2. Responsible for the new filtration project introduction into the production line (includes work instruction, Lay-out, WI, Fixture, Equipment, etc.).

3. Prepare the suitable tooling and fixture for the production line with the ergonomic and safety consideration, define the material package.

4. Prepare the production line layout, internal logistic flow planning, define the parts location and internal kitting, and sequence area planning.

5.Responsible for the production line balancing (activity study) and production line work efficiency improvement.

6. Take the lead for solving on the production line, ensure production smoothly.

7. Design & build the test infrastructure for the new project during the NPI, including water, electrical, air-pipe, instrument, test tools and jigs, etc.

8. Test cell daily maintenance, test instrument calibration, test spare parts management.

9. Responsible for the continuous improvement activities in the workshop.

10. Responsible for engineering tasks during project phases. (includes drawing, BOM release and maintenance etc.). The position will report to filtration project manager during project phase.

1. Prefer more than 1 year experience with product or method engineering background

2. Bachelor’s degree, Major in Automation or mechanical, Electrical & Automation engineer

3. Good read English, oral and listening English, familiar with AutoCAD and general software
