职位描述

- Expand motor service business in China, formulate strategic development direction, select basic customers through market analysis and identification of key customers, take into account traction motor business and industrial motor business, and gradually develop stable and loyal customer groups.
电机服务业务在中国区的拓展,制定战略发展方向,通过市场分析和重点客户的确定来选定业务基础客户,兼顾牵引电机业务和工业电机业务,逐步开发稳定,忠诚的客户群体。
- Carry out sales activities and develop specific customer strategic plans to maximize efficiency and sales opportunities in line with the Company’s technical capability and Services strategic plans.
根据公司的技术能力和Services策略,执行销售活动和发展特定客户战略计划。
- Formulate business strategy development direction through market analysis, determine key customers to support the EMS business base, and improve customer business stability and loyalty through frequent visits and customer interaction.
通过市场分析制定业务战略发展方向,确定重点客户来支撑业务的基本盘,通过频繁拜访,客户互动来提高客户的业务稳定性和忠诚度。
- Liaise and visit with customers, keeping regular contact either face to face, phone or email.
联系和拜访客户,通过当面交流、电话、邮件等和客户定期联系。
- Investigate/research and develop opportunities for new customers in line with the company strategic plans.
根据公司策略开发新客户业务机会。
- Enter new customer data and update relevant sales data into CRM database.
输入新客户信息以及更新相关客户信息到客户关系管理数据库。
- Manage, maintain relationships with all account customers ensuring the timely investigation and resolution of all customer concerns/issues and account balances.
管理和维持客户关系,确保客户问题和账款得到及时调查和解决。
职位要求:
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
本科及以上学历。
- 5+ years relevant working experiences as a sales at after market, with experience in motor service business is preferred.
5年以上后市场销售相关经验,有电机维修服务相关经验优先。
- Familiar with general industry as well as relevant customers
熟悉通用工业行业以及相关客户。
- Good knowledge of traction motor, generator, and other rotating equipment
对牵引电机、发电机等旋转设备有相关的了解。
- Have high integrity, Team Worker, Willing to travel
高度诚信,团队合作,乐于出差。
