Position summary:
The Sales Manager role is a highly leadership role that should lead the China sales organization to sustainably grow the business fo automotive market as well as helping grow the valued commercial talents.
Job content:
61 Evaluates and implements appropriate sales strategies to increase the sales volume.
61 Develop, execute and polish the commercial strategy regarding projects, priorities, sales operations, customer services and application engineering.
61 Ensure effective cross-functional interaction along with the entire value-chain to enhance customer intimacy and improve operational excellence.
61 Developing sales plans and proactively works to forecast material needs for internal operation
61 Lead and develop the Sales Team and partners to create customer focused solutions
61 Acts as an advisor to the commercial sales team regarding projects, priorities, and operations.
61 Establishing department KPIs
61 Managing monthly and annual budget, including but not limited to New Wins, A/R collection, annual contract negotiation
61 Manage monthly/quarterly rolling forecast
61 Other temporary tasks arranged by superior

61 Previous experience/strong understanding of budgeting/expense management with a basic understanding of financial and accounting practices.
61 Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point and/or Access) to analyze data and trends.
61 Familiar with production process and the applications of the company's products, have broad knowledge of electrical steel, tooling, equipment, motor and process.
61 A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business/Machining Engineering /Management/Operations or other related field.
61 Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarins are required.
