1.Coordinate with other relative functions to ensure safety production realization and enhance product quality

与相关部门协调确保安全生产的实施和产品质量

2. Establish and maintain production capability to meet business requirements

建立和维护生产能力满足公司业务要求

3. Lead establish properly production schedule and arrange resource to improve efficiency, on time delivery.

领导合理安排计划、充分利用资源以提高生产效率，满足交货

4.Employee's Training and performance review

员工的培训和绩效评估

5.Resposible for push and rapid solve problem during production

负责推动和快速解决生产过程中出现的问题

6.Resposnible for the implementation,inspection,supervision and control of various management system(rules) in the workshop

负责生产车间各类管理制度的实施、检查、监督和控制

7.Push shop floor to execute 6S， Make sure workshop at good 6S condition

领导和推行6S，确保现场6S处于良好状态

8. Continuously improve the operation process and reduce cost

持续改进操作流程, 降低成本

9. Prepare production report regularly.

定期准备生产报告

10. Other temporary task assigned by leader.

上级布置的其它临时性工作。

任职要求Qualifications and Requirements

1. College education

大专以上文化程度

2. Above three years production management experience，mechanical or welding related industries

三年以上生产管理经验，机械、焊接等相关行业

3. Excellence leadership skill, inspire initiative of employee and strong execution

卓越的团队领导能力，善于激发员工的积极主动性，较强的执行力。

4. Strong attention to detail; have potential of taking on more job

关注细节；有能承担更多工作的潜能

5. Strong enterprising spirit and sense of management, Capable working under stress

有强烈的进取心和管理意识，能承受较大心理压力

6. Good at reading and writing English, good English oral is preferred
