Supplier Quality Engineer/供应商质量管理工程师

1. Bachelor degree in engineering.

2. Proven and substantial Quality background within the automotive area.

3. Min 5 years automotive experience and success in the Quality / Purchasing area, has pragmatic problem solving ability.

4. At least 5 years work experience of plastic molding/rubber parts. Have good knowledge of plastic tooling and injection process.

5. Can read engineering drawing.

6. Familiar with and accepts working within an international orientated matrix organization.

7. Capacity to apply IATF16949, VDA

6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Supplier Management, P4, 8D Metrology, Project Management.

8. Good written and oral English and proficient in using PC software.

工作职责

1. 制定和扩大供应商质量管理的组织政策和操作程序。

2. 定义供应商质量问题。

3. 保持优质供应商水平。

4. 主导采购产品的APQP流程。

5. 与买方一起识别和评估先进供应商的质量和财务状况。

6. 主导对现有供应商和先进供应商的流程和系统审核。

7. 指导供应商开发团队。

8. 完成经理安排的其他工作。

资格:

1. 本科学士学位。

2. 汽车行业质量背景。

3. 5年以上汽车质量/采购经验，有实际解决问题的能力。

4. 5年以上塑料成型/橡胶件工作经验。熟悉塑料模具和注塑工艺。

5. 能读懂工程图纸。

6. 熟悉并接受在国际化矩阵式组织中工作。

7. 具备IATF16949， VDA

6.3， APQP， PPAP， FMEA， SPC， MSA，供应商管理，P4, 8D计量，项目管理能力。

8. 良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练使用电脑软件。
