商务拓展经理BD Manager

1. 负责公司的业务拓展，寻求新的商务合作机会；

Responsible for the company's business development and seeking new business opportunities;

2. 完成商务洽谈工作，独立完成合同编制；

Able to carry out business negotiation and complete contract establishment independently;

3. 根据公司的业务发展，整合多方资源，协调各种公关关系，评估资源的有效性、可合作性，并根据公司决策，跟踪客户机会，管理维护客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划；

According to the company's BD direction, integrate multiple resources, coordinate various public relations, evaluate the effectiveness and cooperation of resources, track customer opportunities, manage and maintain customer relationship and long-term strategic cooperation plan;

4. 负责制定商务推进计划，有针对性地拓展市场，客户拜访，深度挖掘项目合作机会，具有较强的个人开拓能力；

Responsible for making business promotion plans, targeted market expansion, client visits, in-depth exploration of project opportunities, with strong independent BD ability;

5. 完成商务推进工作，并制定合作方案，包括商务谈判、合同签署、合同跟进、内外资源整合，并对商务合作过程和结果负责；

Assist the general manager to complete the overall promotion of the company's business and develop cooperation plans, including business negotiations, contract signing, contract follow-up, internal and external resource integration, and responsible for the whole process and results of business cooperation;

6. 熟练掌握制作标书和服务建议书；

Skilled in making bidding documents and service proposals;

7. 有能力达成回款任务；

Able to receive the payment on time;

8. 其他临时工作。

任职资格：

Qualifications:

1. 形象良好，本科及以上学历，5年以上相关行业BD经验，有独立开拓市场经验与丰富的客户资源；

Bachelor degree or above, 5 years working experience in related industry, more than 5 years of BD experience, independent market development experience and rich customer resources;

2. 有从事建筑设计公司室内设计商务拓展工作经验者优先；

Business development experience in architectural design company is preferred;

3. 具有较强的语言表达能力和沟通能力，较强的应变能力，具备亲和力，商务谈判、商务礼仪专业技巧；

Have strong language expression ability and communication ability, strong strain ability, affinity, business negotiation, business etiquette professional skills;

4. 抗压能力强，接受出差，能够积极推进业务的发展，跟进客户和挖掘客户的需求，维护客户关系；

Able to work under pressure, accept business trips, be able to actively promote the development of business, follow up with customers and explore customer needs, and maintain customer relations;

5. 具有团队合作意识，认同他人的工作成果，彼此尊重；

Have a sense of teamwork and respect;

6. 有外资公司工作经验者优先。

Working experience in foreign company is preferred.
