Hold critical role to own and lead MM flagship Product - Darzalex IV strategy; Work closely with core CVT and sales team to proactively target on growth barriers and come up with pragmatic/effective solutions to further drive strategic execution and to maximize business growth; Support marketing lead on CVT coordination and BU/Company level communication.
Roles and Responsibilities
-Strategic: Developing insight-driven brand strategy for Darzalex IV in line with portfolio strategy and company objectives.
-Effective: Design holistic tactic plan to drive strategy landing and oversee execution effectiveness.
-Impactful: Be articulate in driving cross team towards aligned goal and shared accountability; proactively engage with regional/global marketing.
-Ops efficiency: Assist MKT lead on BU operation effectiveness improvement, RX sales capability building, talent development and process simplification.
Requirements of the role:
-Bachelor degree or above, background in medical, pharmaceutical, life science or MBA is preferred.
-Minimal 5 years of marketing experience in multinational companies, sales management experience is plus.
-Solid marketing capability (incl. excellent market acumen, holistic one picture thinking, agility) with previous experience to own a brand strategy & P&L.
-Strong customer focus, diligent and have an extremely strong drive to succeed.
-Fluency in the English.
