Body and Exterior Team Leader(J10729)

■ Approve leaving application of the team members

■ Approve hours in SAP as work package responsible

■ Provide information to the supervisor on performance of the team, Inform supervisor of attendance and behavioral problems

■ Prepare resource plan for the projects with supervisor in agreement with the Project manager / Work Package Responsible

■ Communicate assignment, milestones, deadlines and team goals to team members in agreement with the Project manager / Work Package Responsible

■ Works together with the team in organizing and accomplishing work, based on supervisor’s instruction

■ Perform interviews with job applicants

■ Propose Salary (change) and Bonus

■ Prepare annual review proposals of all the team mates together with supervisor

■ Perform Annual review with the team members with assistance of the supervisor if necessary or requested by the employee

■ Support Supervisor in creation and implement work directives and guidelines

■ Support sales activities

■ Other tasks assigned by the superior
