Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sourcing Agent to lead and expand our procurement operations within the industrial and construction sectors, with specialized focus on tiny house components, construction materials, and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of these product categories, a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume orders end-to-end, and a commitment to delivering expert service from initial inquiry through final delivery. This role requires a proactive, strategic, and results-oriented professional capable of driving supplier relationships and optimizing sourcing efficiency.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and manufacturers in China.
* Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure the best value for clients.
* Manage sample orders, follow-up production, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Coordinate with the Quality Control team and logistics partners.
* Prepare clear reports in English for international clients.
* Participate in factory visits and trade fairs (Canton Fair, CIFF, etc.).
**Requirements**
*Proven experience (3+ years) as a Sales Agent, Product Specialist in industrial equipment, construction machinery, building materials, or related fields. (Experience with tiny house materials is a huge plus).
*Strong technical understanding of the products; able to read and understand technical specifications and requirements.
*Excellent command of English (spoken and written)** – mandatory.
*French language** is a strong plus.
* Previous experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
