职位描述
Auto ADE, Focus on Exterior and sustainability applications of CIEE (Chassis, Interior, E&E, Exterior), combing market and technical expertise with commercial savviness. Managing pipeline and project to drive Auto business growth. Support long term focus with Key Sales Objectives while providing ownership over a Customer Group AOP. Support business activities in North China.
Identification and targeting of new customers
Driving of Specifications at Tier ’s. (e.g., getting Celanese reins "on the print")
Technical Leadership at Existing Customers. Coordinate material selections, testing, samples, CAE, etc. at existing customers
Coordination of Customer Options Mappin g Sessions and account plan.
Product positioning strategies in targeted markets.
Support CIEE (Chassis, Interior, Exterior, E&E) project development.
Transplantation of Good application successful case
Lead Exterior Segment and sustainability material solution development.
New projects development with Pipeline creation, close won and management.
Good polymer and auto application knowledge, especially for Exterior.
Be familiar with Auto value chain and project development process
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to work with customers to develop a tailored solution
Innovation Mindset
Ability to manage efficient program communication with global & local team
Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve new problems
