61 In depth understanding of vessels.
61 Experience with subsea rock installation vessel is an asset.
61 Understanding of Chinese shipyard’s processes.
61 Understanding of vessel building phases and tasks.
61 Diligent reader, able to parse exhaustive requirements
and extract the relevant information.
61 Ability to review and analyze in depth technical
documentation and drawings.
61 Ability to manage a small team.
61 Strong to write technical documentation in English.
61 Ethical and accountable.
Manage and direct Site Team personnel at the
Shipyard.
61 Responsible for onboarding new Site Team personnel.
61 Act as main point of contact to the Shipyard as
Company Representative.
61 Ensure vessel construction is as per engineering
package.
61 Complete quality inspections and test witness as
required.
61 Resolve issues escalated by Site Team Leads in a
timely manner; and escalate to Project Manager as
necessary.
61 Attend and lead Technical and Production meetings
with the Shipyard.
61 Liaise with Classification society when needed.
61 Liaise with third party service engineers and suppliers
as required.
61 Attend daily morning meetings with the Shipyard.
61 Identify any potential risks to cost/and or schedule, as
well as opportunities.
61 Review and approve weekly and monthly progress and
cost reports prepared by the Project Controller.
61 To work onsite for the duration of the ship building.
