Responsible for the specification, selection and integration of components and systems into new and existing vehicle designs, ensuring all technical aspects are fully considered and validated.

Undertake the technical assessment and analysis of the options available from component to system level. Recommend the optimal solution that satisfies system requirements whilst meeting overall vehicle objectives and ensures compliance from all stakeholders.

Develop and design product options in line with customer specifications.

根据需要研究并寻找新材料和新技术的要求。

Investigate and source as necessary any requirement for new materials and technology.

与供应商和合作伙伴合作，确保组件和子系统能够集成在一起，实现整体车辆目标和性能。

Work with suppliers and partners to ensure that components and sub-systems can be integrated together to achieve the overall vehicle objectives and performance.

Co-ordinate with the assembly and manufacturing teams to ensure that the battery design is clearly defined and controlled.

Manage the definition, execution and successful completion of verification and validation plans against specified requirements.

支持电动汽车（EV）、燃料电池电动汽车（FCEV）和混合动力电动汽车（HEV）的新产品开发（NPD）战略。

Support the NPD Strategy for EV, FCEV and HEV vehicles and systems.

为内部和外部客户提供系统技术信息和文档。

Provide system technical information and documentation for both internal and external customers.

为设计评审和新产品开发（NPD）阶段提供文件化、验证的FMEA信息和分析。

Document, validate and provide FMEA information and analysis for design reviews and NPD gateways.
