Job Description
To generate more revenue for new and existing customers
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales targets in assigned territories or vertical segments
Prospect and develop new business opportunities apart from traditional markets
Pursue, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales & maximizes sales penetration through competitive strategies in alignment with corporate & regional initiatives. Ensure sales leads are systematically followed up following trade shows, road shows & other marketing events
Collaborate with cross departmental teams within the organization to develop successful sales strategies either directly with customers or with strategic partners with the objective of driving growth
Plan & organize promotional events in collaboration with other departmental teams
Provide feedback to marketing team or country/regional management on competitive price situations & competitors’ position in the respective territories
Monitor & control selling activities, order developments, pricing strategies, payments
Generate proposals through in-house SFDC system and ensure database is updated with accurate & current meaningful details. Ensures systematic and proper use of the SFDC system
Ensure accuracy of sales forecasting through weekly reviews & update of prospects list. Makes concerted effort to shorten forecast-to-sales realization cycle by applying appropriate sales, negotiation & closing techniques
Timely submission of meaningful sales calls reports to reporting manager
Concerted follow-up of overdue payments from customers in collaboration with internal Credit Control Dept
Competencies (personal qualifications):

Main objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):
Achieve annual sales target
Sales activity—meaningful customer visits
New opportunity generations.
T&E control as per budget
Money collection
Input all activities in SFDC (demo request, benchmark, visits)
Improve Opportunities accuracy for 30/60/90 days to reach 90%, 75% and 50% company's expectation
Education, Background and Skill Requirements
You must have a passion for sales and the drive to achieve sales targets
At least 3 -5 years' sales experience with proven selling & negotiation skills
Specialty in Engineering, IT, Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Economics
Commercially astute with ability to apply pragmatic commercial approaches in sales negotiations & closing
Systematic in following up on leads & seeing through to completion
Good interpersonal relationship skills with ability to handle multi-level relationships
Proficient in Mandarin, with solid understanding of English
