机械工程师 Mechanical Engineer

职位名称：机械工程师 / Position: Mechanical Engineer

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 参与项目的方案评审，分析设计输入文件，并与相关部门进行沟通。 / Participate in project proposal reviews, analyze design input documents, and communicate with relevant departments.

2. 完成机械整体结构设计，包括材料选择、表面处理等，并独立进行图纸细化和工程出图，管理BOM清单。 / Complete the overall mechanical structure design, including material selection and surface treatment, independently detail drawings and manage the BOM.

3. 运用标准件进行设计，包括风扇电机及其他标准件及非标客户金属定制件he 数据中心机柜&通道设计。 / Utilize standard components in design, including fan motors & other standard parts ,customized sheet metal parts，Data Center Cabinet/Rack and Containments design

4. 编写装配指导书，并在现场指导装配调试，确保工装设备和检具符合标准。 / Write assembly instructions and guide on-site assembly and debugging, ensuring that tooling and fixtures meet standards.

5. 独立解决设计、装配、制造中出现的机械问题。 / Independently resolve mechanical issues arising during design, assembly, and manufacturing.

6. 编制设备所需的相关产品文件，如操作说明、测量报告和产品检验验证报告等。 / Prepare relevant documentation required for equipment, such as operating instructions, measurement reports, and validation reports. Prototype &Product finalization and factory onsite Inspection

7. 与制造工厂合作，解决新设备调试和升级中的系统问题包括样品验证。 / Work closely with manufacturing plants to resolve system issues during the commissioning and upgrading of new equipment.

8. 对工厂技术人员和操作人员进行培训。 / Provide necessary training to factory technicians and operators.

9. 审核设计变更，进行风险评估，并确保更改顺利导入。

/ Review design changes, conduct risk assessments, and ensure smooth implementation of changes.

10. Supporting Sales, Marketing ,Procurements team，suppliers and customers with other assignment ,

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 机械工程本科及以上或相关专业。 / Mechanical Engineering or related majors.

2. 3年以上机械设计或相关领域的工作经验。 / More than 3 years of experience in mechanical design or related fields.

3. 熟悉使用机械设计软件（如SolidWorks、AutoCAD等）和BOM管理。 / Familiar with & using mechanical design software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and BOM management.

4. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够独立解决问题。 / Strong communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to solve problems independently.

5. 熟悉钣金工艺，装配工艺，有现场装配和调试经验者优先。 / Experience in，sheet Metal, on-site assembly and debugging is preferred.

6. 具备良好的文档编写能力和风险管理意识。 / Good documentation skills and risk management awareness.

7. 英文沟通能力 / Good English Communication Skills (Speaking & Writing).
