Deliver the excellent and quality service to internal and external customers.
为内部和外部客户提供优质的服务。
*Role & Responsibilities: 角色&责任
1. To accept the instructions from overseas agents to operate the goods, quota price, receive orders and arrange space booking
接受海外代理指示操作货物,报价接单并安排订舱
2. Send relevant reports to overseas agents and local customer to coordinate and solve the problems in freight transportation
发送相关报告给海外代理以及国内客人,协调解决货运中出现的问题
3. To handle and reply the emails from overseas agents in time.
及时处理、回复海外代理的邮件。
4. To handover the documents and solve problem with relevant departments.
与各相关部门文件交接处理以及问题解决沟通。
*Job Skills and Competencies for this position: 岗位技能要求
1. At least two year relative working experience is required.
拥有至少二年及以上相关工作经验。
2. College degree or above, major in international trade, shipping, freight forwarding and customs declaration or related logistics management preferred.
大专或以上学历,国际贸易、航运、货代与报关等物流相关专业优先。
3. Proficient in Windows operating system and Office software, Fast typing speed。
熟练使用Windows操作系统及Office软件,打字速度快。
4. Good English in writing and reading,CET-4 preferred.
有良好的英文读写能力,CET-4优先。
5. Able to bear high pressure, have a sense of responsibility and strong adaptability and communication skills.
能承受压力,有责任心,以及较强的应变能力和沟通能力。
6. Proactive, patient, gentle, meticulous and service-oriented.
工作积极主动,做事耐心、温和、细致、服务意识强。
