Dealing with general admissions enquiries (on the phone, email , school tours, drop-in visitors etc)

Manage admissions process from accepting applications, organising assessments; managing waiting lists, confirming enrolment etc

Student enrolment follow-up

Manage student files and database

Marketing

Take responsibility for the branding and the outward image of the school

Celebrate news of the school’s activities locally, regionally and internationally in a wide range of targeted media

Represent the school in the wider community, presenting as required

Oversee the maintenance of an image library and full archive of all school news and media

Ensure a range of quality, public documents to support enrolment and recruitment

Skills/Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree

Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

Minimum 8 year’s working experience (office administration) in an international school/company environment

Strong computer skills – including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge and understanding of marketing and pubic relations

Ability to build relationships with other team members
