Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Partner Management:
o Maintain regular business communication with all partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
o Monitor and control the progress of order execution and payment processes.
o Collect sales forecasts from partners and analyze their needs and challenges.
o Coordinate internal resources to provide necessary support for partners to grow Li-Cor business.
o Address and resolve partner complaints or suggestions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Business Development:
o Visit high-potential business partners to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
o Assist the sales team in discovering and developing additional sales channels.
o Contribute to building a comprehensive and robust sales network.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
o Provide regular updates on channel performance, partner feedback, and market trends.
o Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance channel effectiveness.
4. Others:
o Communicate directly with partners when needed to secure new bookings and shipments.
o Collaborate with internal teams to achieve the company’s operation related target.
o Proficient in English for business communication
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
61 Proven experience in channel management, sales, or a similar role.
61 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
61 Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
61 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
61 Willingness to travel as needed to visit partners and attend industry events.
