Be responsible for daily maintenance of the plant's power distribution system and DCS control system to enhance system reliability

61 根据维修计划工作，参与设备日常维修和维护，包括预防性维护、预测性维护、停车检修和大修等；

Work in accordance with the maintenance plan, participate in daily repair and maintenance of equipment, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, shutdown inspection and overhaul, etc.

61 管理维修与工程的电气&仪表相关活动，确保其符合公司和地方法律的EHS标准

Manage electrical and instrumentation-related maintenance and engineering activities to ensure compliance with EHS standards of the company and local laws

61 监视与分析DCS系统设备状态，更新技术文档，包括备件。

Monitor and analyze the status of DCS system equipment, and update technical documents, including those related to spare parts

61 组织进行电气仪表自动化关键设备故障的调查分析，做根本原因分析报告。

Organize investigations and analysis of faults in key electrical, instrumentation and automation equipment, and complete Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports

61 为项目执行提供输入，流程协调，以及供应商，项目质量审查。

Provide input for project execution, coordinate processes, and conduct supplier and project quality audits

61 为生产工艺改进提供自动化的解决方案。 Provide automation solutions for the improvement of production processes

61 负责维修人员及设备操作人员的维修技能的培训；

Be responsible for training maintenance personnel and equipment operators in maintenance skills

61 制定现有或升级控制系统（DCS）相关的技术解决方案

To develop or upgrade existing distributed control system related detailed technical solutions

61 作为工厂安全管理的环节，对控制系统以及安全联锁等进行定期测试，故障恢复.

As a component of plant safety management, to regularly test DCS system and safety interlock，repair.

61 完成部门经理安排的其他任务；

Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager

Key Job Requirements:

61 3年及以上电气与自动化相关工作经验

More than 3 years work experience in electrical and automation fields

61 本科及以上学历，自动化仪表、电气或机电类专业，熟悉电气，仪表，DCS/PLC自动控制系统，有独立完成自动化改善项目经验的优先

Bachelor’s degree or above in automation instrumentation, electrical engineering, or mechatronics; proficiency in electrical systems, instrumentation, and DCS/PLC automatic control systems; with experience in independently completing automation improvement projects are preferred

61 熟悉西门子, AB等通用PLC，具备 3 年以上相关应用与实操经验

Familiar with mainstream PLC brands such as Siemens and AB (Allen-Bradley), with over 3 years of relevant application and hands-on experience

61 熟悉高、低压配电系统及照明用电的维护工作

Skilled in maintaining high and low voltage power distribution systems and lighting electrical systems

61 了解化工电气设备的维护、维修、保养规范

Knowledgeable about maintenance, repair, and upkeep standards for electrical equipment in the chemical industry

61 熟悉工控仪表及化工生产设备（如：压力仪表、流量计、液位计，化学储罐，压力容器，流体泵，搅拌器等

Familiar with industrial control instruments and chemical production equipment (e.g., pressure gauges, flow meters, level gauges, chemical storage tanks, pressure vessels, fluid pumps, agitators, etc.)

61 熟悉仪表仪器的维护、保养知识和操作技能

61 Proficient in maintenance and upkeep knowledge as well as operational skills of instruments and meters

61 具备良好的沟通能力和团对协作精神

Good communication skills and teamwork spirit

61 具备基本的英语文本处理能力，英语口语良好者优先

Basic English text processing ability; preference for candidates with good oral English
