Local Job Title: Production Integrator

Job Sub-function: Production

QMS Direct Impact:

Work as a team member of the Production/RMA team.

Integrate and test company products, sub-assemblies, and spare parts.

Production: work to achieve products that meet quality requirements, prior to shipping to customers. Ensure documentation according to procedures and products DHR.

RMA: Perform a final testing of the repaired RMA equipment and verify repairs (if required) by the subcontractor.

SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*

Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

61 Integrate products according to production procedures

o Receives assemblies and parts for product integration

o Verifies existence of appropriate records containing all needed and correctinformation

o Verifies compliance of assemblies and products to specifications

o Integrates product and performs test procedures appropriate to each stage

61 Perform tests during integration and Final Test Procedure according to production procedures

o Performs Final Test Procedure and records test results as defined by appropriate test procedure forming the Device History Record (DHR) for each product

61 Perform RMA inspection for repair and final test according to RMA procedures

o Reintegrates sub-assemblies and parts

o Performs final test according to RMA procedures

61 Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

61 Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

61 Performs other duties assigned as needed
