IT Manager

1. IT management

a. Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.

b. Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters.

c. Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management by use of Microsoft Power BI.

2. Networking

a. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.

b. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policies.

c. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

d. Preserve assets, information security and control structures.

e. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

3. ERP

a. Continuous improvement and implementation of whole system and new modules of the Kingdee ERP software.

b. Regular Maintenance and control of ERP system.

c. Database management.

d. Assist departments with dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

4. Internal Systems

a. Supporting company’s applications; internal servers, user desktops, laptops, printers etc.

b. Basic troubleshooting, backup, and archiving.

c. Install and improve computer software and network equipment.

5. Asset Management

a. Assists with the inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies.

b. Assists with the purchase of software, hardware and other IT supplies.

c. Promotes responsible usage and care of corporate equipment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor in Computer Science, MIS or similar field.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience as IT Manager. At least 10 years overall IT related experience.

3. In-Depth knowledge of ERP system Kingdee.

4. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.

5. Acquainted with data analytics through Microsoft Power BI is a pre.

6. Acquainted with AI is a pre.

7. Excellent English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills.

8. Displays a positive attitude and demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work.

9. Enthusiastic, curious, team-player, willing to go the extra mile.
