高压连接器设计工程师

1. Review and interpret customer High Voltage design requirements from Marketing, Sales or Customer drawings or specifications.

2. Review High Voltage Requirements (drawing, model and standard…), feasibility assessment, and any exceptions with the Product Development Team (PDT) to gain Approval.

3. Technical discussion with customer regarding the design feasibility and primary test plan.

4. Perform High Voltage design verification activities including tolerance analysis, FEA, SLA and patent investigation.

5. Release ok to tool drawings and models for tooling design and development.

6. Establish test plan for product reliability testing and review with reliability lab to ensure all documentation, samples, equipment, fixtures, etc are ready for testing.

7. Lead FOT part review.

8. Support tooling engineers in disposing *** Article inspection reports. And approve or disapprove product deviation requests.

9. Problem solving using E8D

10. Provide training to customer and other Molex engineering personnel as assigned by the Product Development Manager.

11. Provide design support for product modifications and/or extensions.

12. Provide design support for manufacturing process improvements

13. Respond to customer complaints on design related issues.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. University Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, and above.

2. Good Knowledge and Experience from HVHC connector Design and application.

4. Understand the HVHC market of China.

5. Adopt a professional attitude towards work and assume full responsibility for any project or tasks assigned

6. Demonstrate good teamwork for overall success

7. CAD Software for drafting and modelling

8. High Voltage Connector design and manufacturing technology

9. High Voltage Connector materials – resin and metal

10. Design problem solving skills – 8D, DFMEA, Tolerance Analysis.

11. Good communication skill, and able to communicate (reading, writing, speaking and listening) in English with oversea.
