Mission
Ensure Casappa Shanghai sales team’s proposal match with customer’s technical requirements & Casappa standardized status of ART. Provide system solution (Power, Controls, Filters) to customers.
Responsibilities and Activities
61 Technical support to Casappa Shanghai sales team during the product selection as project coordinator.
61 Evaluate/modify/approve sales team project proposal following the technical data collected by sales.
61 Bridge product drawing (filtering the request from sales team) with Casappa Technical Department
61 Sign technical agreement.
61 Lead technical discussion with customer in case of “complex requirement/project “.
61 Lead promotional technical Seminar with Customers (with related documentation)
61 Interact with Casappa Shanghai and Casappa Italy technical team in case support is needed.
61 Provide training to sales team and master distributor.
61 Projects Coordinator: Follow up and keep update all the Sales team projects.
61 Study the Market and market trend to find out the Chinese Specific Market needs and
89 define the best match with existing Casappa products
89 Suggest Product Manager to launch the request for a New products/configuration
61 Other duties assigned by Line Manager

Requirement
61 Bachelor degree in Hydraulic/Mechanical
61 Minimum 5 year of technical experience in hydraulics components
61 Strong MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
61 Good in oral and written English
61 Be available to travel: Up to 30%
61 Team work and good self management
61 Be proactive and self-motivation
61 Be familiar with Valves & Electronics is additional advantage
Professional skills and abilities
61 Experience working directly with customers on high risk, early stage development products and project
61 Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
