EHS Engineer

61 Coordinate EH&S activities on site;

61 Incident prevention and investigation;

61 Emergency responding and handling;

61 Support Engineering department for equipment and process improvement.

Key Accountabilities关键职责:

61 Establish and maintain EHS Management programs, and coordinate all the functions to keep the system continually improving, and implementing safety programs for the project;

61 Establishes and maintains relationships with governmental authorities on matters of, environmental permits, submission of required reports, and maintenance of data;

61 Keep monitoring the working safety to ensure company EHS practices in compliance with statutory requirements. Such as hazard waste, environmental monitoring, emergency response, Safety material include PPE etc.;

61 Conduct EHS introduction and training to new starters to the project, including staff and contractors' workers so that they are acquainted with safety requirements, safe work practices, and procedures.

61 Establish construction safety training requirements and training materials.

61 Prevent and correct safety and health issues through job safety / risk analysis.

61 Be responsible for the implementation of site Emergency response plan.

61 Be responsible for accident reporting, investigation and corrective action; Follow up the corrective and preventive actions and ensure effective closure.

61 Expand the scope and enhance work ability by supporting engineering department for equipment and process improvement.

Experience and Knowledge经验与技能:

61 At least 2 years EHS working experience in big size multi-national companies;

61 Familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 system;

61 Familiar with local environmental, health and safety regulatory;

61 Good communication skills and strong working responsible person;

61 Knowledge of local occupational Health, environmental protection requirements;

61 Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence within one team;

Qualifications任职资格:

61 Bachelor degree or above with mechanical or electronical engineering related majors (Required)

61 Technical Expertise on Industrial Safety or Environment. (Required)

61 Good communication skills (Required)

61 Good read and written skills in Mandarin and English. (Preferred)
