Job Description:
1、Partner with business departments to design and implement plans to attain department objectives that align with the Group strategy
2、Preparation of one BU P&L analysis, cost analysis from time to time. Lead the supply chain excellence projects to drive organizational efficiency.
3、Responsible for supply chain dashboard developing and upgrading. Deep dive into the business operations to provide comprehensive financial supports to business team leaders.
4、Business Modelling, business case simulations, pricing model preparation.Assist in the analysis, strategy and planning of investments, global projects and initiatives as needed.
5、Identify the risk on the business operations, driving to optimize the business process, and enhancing the internal control efficiency.
6、Build communication and information flow between Supply Chain team and Finance.
7、Provide support to the Supply Chain Finance Assistant Director for other ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements:
1、Minimum 3 years’ experience in cost analysis, I/E finance, with supply chain operation excellence experience is a plus.
2、High sensitivity to numbers, good analytical skills and Ability to work in a diverse environment
3、Strong in business sense and risk control sense, ensure reporting of any new risks to appropriate line manager.
4、with hands-on ability to implement swiftly and effectively by taking ownership and accepting responsibility. Resourceful self-starter, who does not require close supervision to meet tight deadlines.
5、Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
6、High ethical standards and integrity.
7、Strong skills in MS Office suite of products, Power BI and knowledgeable in major accounting/financial applications.
8、Be Familiar with SAP system.
