职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 负责压力容器、换热器的销售和市场开发工作;
In charge of sales and marketing of pressure vessel and heat exchanger products;
2. 制定和执行销售计划以完成预期业绩;
Develop and executes sales plan to meet performance expectations;
3. 制定拜访计划,开发和维护从操作到管理层的客户关系;
Make the visit plan to develop and maintain relationship with clients at operational level and management level;
4. 准备相关的资料建立对产品的了解和认知;
Prepare relevant presentations to create product understanding and awareness;
5. 参照相关信息准备销售方案/报价和其他相关文件 ;
Coordinate support resources to prepare sales proposal/quotation and other relevant documentations;
6. 对合同履行质量实施监控与评价,提出风险防范对策;
Monitoring and evaluation of the quality of implementation performance of the contract,
7. 及时回款;
The back section in a timely manner;
8. 开发利用客户资源,促进客户的相关购买和持续购买;
Development and utilization of client resources, to promote the related customer purchase and continuous purchase;
9. 销售成本的分析与控制;
Analysis and control cost of sales
10. 协助销售总监按照客户和公司的要求进行合同洽谈;
Assist Head of Sales to the contract negotiation to meet both client and company needs;
11. 管理每一阶段的销售进程,保证及时有效的客户服务和回应;
Administrate all phases of sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response;
12. 搜集市场动向和同行信息并向部门领导汇报;
Collect the market trend/competitors information and report to the management;
13. 参加展会和其他相关销售活动;
Participate exhibitions and involve in other sales activities;
14. 其他相关工作。

任职资格:
1. 本科或以上学历,化工、机械工程专业类优先;
Bachelor or above degree, majored in petrol-chemical or mechanical engineering is preferred ;
2. 5年以上压力容器行业技术或销售工作经验,有换热器、精馏塔、干燥塔、反应釜、储罐等压力容器设备等相关经验者优先;
More than 5 years of sales and technical work experience in pressure vessel industry, familiar with products such as heat exchanger, distillation tower, drying tower, reactor and storage tank;
3. 有外资企业背景者优先;
Experience in foreign companies is preferred;
4. 具有一定的销售渠道,丰富的客户资源及良好的客户关系,有化工设计院资源背景优先;
Possess sales channels and customer resources, keep good customer relations, chemical design institute background is preferred;
5. 具有丰富的业务开发经验,出色的沟通谈判能力和人际关系处理技巧;
Rich experience in business development, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
6. 良好的团队合作,积极的工作态度,良好的分析和能动的解决问题的能力。
Positive team player, good analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
